Knights Youth Drama Society (KYDS) was founded on 4^th March 2009 by the current member's of the KYDS Executive Committee.

Location

Knights Youth Drama Society operates in Tolleshunt Knights, Tiptree and the surrounding areas. KYDS usually performs it's productions in Tolleshunt Knights Village Hall - which offers comfortable rehearsal and performance facilities.

Objects

The objects of the society are:

• To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts, and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

• To build member's skills in areas of communication, confidence, teamwork and creativity.

• To educate members in various drama and theatre based skills.

• To offer easy access to the arts for the local community.

Affiliations

Knights Youth Drama Society is a member of the North Essex Theatre Guild.
